Therapeutic Services
I offer individual therapy for adults, young adults, and seniors. While I am based in Birmingham, I work with clients across the UK and globally via secure online sessions.
My practice is rooted in a deep respect for the diverse tapestry of the UK. I am experienced in working with individuals from all backgrounds, including White English, British, and the wide range of UK ethnic identities.
I have a specific commitment to culturally sensitive therapy for Asian, Middle Eastern, Black, and Muslim communities, as well as those from Sikh, Christian, and other faith backgrounds. My space is inclusive and accessible for women, persons with disabilities, and anyone navigating the complexities of identity and heritage.
The Common Thread Many who seek my support feel they are not reaching their full potential or feel disconnected from their true selves. In our initial meeting, we won’t just “identify problems” we will explore your unique lived experience to see if we are the right relational fit. From there, we work integratively to support your path toward self-acceptance and healing.

Rates & Practicalities
Investment
Individual Session: £80
Format: All sessions are conducted securely online, providing a private and accessible space for our work together.
Commitment: I offer both focused, short-term support and open-ended, long-term therapeutic journeys.
Payment Terms
To secure your scheduled time, payments are made via bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance of our session.
Insurance & Private Funding
While I welcome private-pay clients at a rate of £80 per session, I am also an approved provider for the following insurers: Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Allianz, WPA, Cigna Healthcare, and Healix. To secure your scheduled time, private payments are made via bank transfer 24 hours in advance. If you are using private medical insurance, please include your provider name and authorization code in your initial enquiry so we can streamline the administrative process.
